ALLI completed its IPO of common stock on June 22, 2005.
Allion's products and services include: customized dose-by-dose MOMSPak prescription packaging direct delivery of medications to patients or their physicians (patients can also pick up their medications at one of nine company pharmacies) reimbursement assistance access to clinical information compliance monitoring and specialist pharmacists who consult with patients, physicians, nurses and ASOs to provide education, counseling, and treatment coordination. The LabTracker software system allows healthcare providers to monitor correlations between clinical data and medications prescribed to patients.
Under a five-year prime vendor agreement established in 2003, the company is obligated to purchase at least 95% of HIV/AIDS medications sold from AmerisourceBergen in exchange for competitive payment terms relative to other pharmaceutical wholesale suppliers provided minimum dollar amounts are met.
