(i) Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the other agreements and
exhibits specifically referenced herein, set forth the entire agreement and
understanding of the parties hereto with regard to the employment of the
Executive by the Company and supersede any and all prior agreements,

Section 25. Entire Agreement.This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement of the parties hereto regarding the employment of Employee. This Agreement supersedes all prior negotiations, discussions, correspondence, communications, understandings and agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the First Amended Agreement.
