These excerpts taken from the ALL 10-K filed Feb 27, 2008. 3.1 Disability.(a) During the Post-Change Period, the Company may terminate Executives employment because of Executives Disability by giving Executive or his legal representative, as applicable, (i) written notice in accordance with Section 10.8 of the Companys intention to terminate Executives employment pursuant to this Section and (ii) a certification of Executives Disability by a physician selected by the Company or its insurers, subject to the consent of Executive or Executives legal representative, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
