(i) has lasted for a continuous period of not less than (x) six months or (y) such longer period, if any, that is available to Executive under the Companys Policies relating to the continuation of employee status after the onset of disability, as such Policies are in effect when Disability is determined, but in no event shall such Policies be materially less favorable to the Executive than the most favorable of such Policies in effect for peer executives at any time during the 90-day period immediately before the Effective Date,
