(NYSE: MFA) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock for the third quarter of 2009. The dividend will be paid on October 30, 2009 to stockholders of record on October 13, 2009. The ex-dividend date is October 8, 2009.
