American River Bankshares Schedules Its Second Quarter Conference Call

SACRAMENTO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/17/09 -- American River Bankshares (NASDAQ: AMRB) today announced that it will host a conference call on Monday, July 27, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time (5:30 p.m. Eastern Time) to discuss second quarter 2009 financial results.

David T. Taber, President and CEO, and Mitchell A. Derenzo, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, both of American River Bankshares, will lead a live forty-five minute presentation and answer questions.
