Plaintiff Trevor Blumenau filed this action on September 29, 2004 in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas alleged infringement of U.S. Patent 5, 664,216 entitled Iconic Audiovisual Data Editing Environment. Plaintiffs complaint alleged that the Companys Shake software program infringed the patent. The parties have reached a settlement. Settlement of this matter did not have a material effect on the Companys financial position or results of operation.
