Performance-Based Cash Bonus Awards The Companys 2009 performance exceeded the maximum goals for adjusted sales and adjusted operating income established by the Compensation Committee for the bonus program. As a result, the named executive officers earned payouts equal to 100% of their base salaries, pursuant to the table entitled Percentage of Base Salary Payable as Performance-Based Cash Bonus Award above. As noted above, Mr. Jobs does not participate in the bonus program. The table below shows each named executive officers performance-based cash bonus award for 2009.
