(Nasdaq: ARCI) today announced that it has completed the sale and leaseback of its Minneapolis corporate office building. The sale of the building provided approximately $2 million in cash to the Company after repayment of the mortgage. As part of the transaction, ARCA agreed to lease back the entire building for a period of five years.
