Each of the named officers has an employment agreement that sets forth the economic consequences and entitlements in the event of involuntary or constructive termination of employment. The Committee periodically reviews the provisions outlined in the employment agreements and evaluates these agreements for their appropriateness and consistency with our intended compensation objectives.
