Drilling Activity

                During 2008 we completed the drilling of 233 wells. All but seven of these wells were drilled on our Fuhrman Mascho properties in Andrews County, Texas, five of which were Yates gas wells with the remainder being San Andres wells. Of the remaining wells drilled, three were on our East Hobbs San Andres Unit in Lea County, New Mexico and one each was drilled on our Y-6 lease in Fischer County, Texas, our Phillips Lea lease in Lea County, New Mexico, our Hale State lease in Lea County, New Mexico and our Homann lease in Gaines County, Texas.

Drilling Activity

               During 2007 we completed the drilling of 134 wells. All but one of these wells were drilled on our Fuhrman Mascho properties in Andrews County, Texas. The remaining well was drilled on our Y-6 lease in Fischer County, Texas.

Drilling Activity

               During 2006 we completed the drilling of 124 wells. Eighty-seven wells were drilled on our Fuhrman Mascho properties in Andrews County, Texas. Nineteen wells were drilled in Lea County, New Mexico, with fourteen on our Seven Rivers Queen property and five of them on our East Hobbs property. Twelve wells were drilled in Kansas, four in Gray County, Kansas, offsetting our existing wells there and nine in Hamilton and Greeley County, Kansas on acreage acquired during 2005; the eight wells in Hamilton and Greeley Counties were exploratory wells. Three wells were drilled in Texas County, Oklahoma, with one well on our Eva South property and two wells on our Ona Morrow property. Three wells were drilled on our Midwell and Hanes properties in Cimarron County, Oklahoma.

Drilling Activity

               During 2005 we completed the drilling of forty-six wells. Thirty-six wells were drilled on our Fuhrman Mascho properties in Andrews County, Texas. Six of the wells were drilled in Kansas, two in Gray County, Kansas, offsetting our existing wells there and four in Hamilton and Greeley County, Kansas on acreage acquired during 2005. The four wells in Hamilton and Greeley Counties were exploratory wells. Three wells were drilled on our East Hobbs property in Lea County, New Mexico. One well was drilled on our Eva South property in Texas County, Oklahoma.
