Factors Considered in Determining CEO Compensation
In determining CEO compensation, the important corporate performance factors are earnings per share, return on equity, return on assets and asset quality, as well as product and market expansion. The important individual performance factors considered by the Committee in its determinations include the CEOs leadership, commitment to the community and professional standing. CEO compensation at peer group banks is also a factor.
