On December 10, 2010, GEROVA Financial
Group, Ltd. (“Gerova”) issued two press releases announcing that it will
reschedule the teleconference call for shareholders originally scheduled to be
held this morning to Monday, December 13, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. EST. A
copy of the press releases are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this Form
6-K and incorporated by reference herein.
