Aspen Declares Dividends on Ordinary Shares, Perpetual PIERS and Perpetual Preference Shares
Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (the “Company”) (NYSE:AHL) today
announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend
on its ordinary shares of US$0.15 per ordinary share. The dividend is
payable on November 25, 2009 to the holders of record as of the close of
trading on November 11, 2009.
The Company’s Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend on its
Perpetual Preferred Income Equity Replacement Securities (“Perpetual
PIERS”) of US$0.703125 per Perpetual PIER. The dividend is payable on
January 1, 2010 to the holders of record as of the close of business on
December 15, 2009.
The Company’s Board of Directors declared a dividend on the 7.401%
Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preference Shares (“Perpetual Preference
Shares”) of US$0.462563 per Perpetual Preference Share, payable on
January 1, 2010 to the holders of record as of the close of business
December 15, 2009.
