We have entered into an employment agreement with each of Mike Jackson and Michael E. Maroone and an Employment Letter with Michael J. Short. The Committee believes that entering into the employment agreements with Messrs. Jackson and Maroone and the employment letter with Mr. Short furthered our efforts to attract and retain such executives.
