On December 9, 2011, Avago Technologies Limited issued a press release announcing that its board of directors had declared an interim quarterly cash dividend on its ordinary shares of $0.12 per share, payable on December 30, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business (5:00 p.m.), Eastern Time, on December 19, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
