Avid to Host Investor Day

TEWKSBURY, MA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/19/09 -- Avid® (NASDAQ: AVID) today announced that it will host an Investor Day meeting on Monday, November 2, 2009 at the Ritz-Carlton in Boston. Investor Day will offer the investor community an opportunity to meet members of Avid's executive team and learn more about the company's products and business strategy. Presentations are scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. EST and conclude by 3:00 p.m. EST.
