B&G Foods Announces Third Quarter 2009 Earnings Conference Call

B&G Foods, Inc. (NYSE:BGS, BGF), a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality, shelf-stable foods, announced today that it has scheduled a conference call to discuss the Company’s third quarter 2009 financial results on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at 4:30 pm ET. Hosting the call will be David L. Wenner, Chief Executive Officer and Robert C. Cantwell, Chief Financial Officer.

The call will be webcast live over the Internet from the Company’s website at www.bgfoods.com under “Investor Relations—Company Overview.” Participants should follow the instructions provided on the website for the download and installation of audio applications necessary to join the webcast. The call can also be accessed live over the phone by dialing (888) 481-2871 or for international callers by dialing (719) 325-2228.

The webcast is also being distributed over CCBN’s Investor Distribution Network to both institutional and individual investors.
