Corporations Acting by Representatives 89 Any corporation which is a member of the Company may authorise such person as it thinks fit to act as its representative at any meeting of the Company or of any class of members of the Company. A person so authorised shall be entitled to exercise the same powers on behalf of the grantor of the authority as the grantor could exercise if it were an individual member of the Company, and a person so authorised shall, if present at any such meeting, for the purposes of these Articles be deemed to be a member present in person at such meeting.
