Directors’ expenses

93     The Company may pay on behalf of any Director, or reimburse him in respect of, all such reasonable expenses incurred by him in connection with any activities undertaken in or about the business of the Company or in connection with the attendance of any spouse or partner of his on any occasion where such spouse or partner accompanies a Director for the purpose of advancing the business or interests of the Company.
