Directors’ remuneration

92     The remuneration payable to the Directors for their services in such capacity shall be determined from time to time by ordinary resolution of the Company. Such amount shall be divided among the Directors as they may agree unless the resolution provides otherwise. The amount of remuneration so determined will include remuneration for serving as Chairman or Deputy Chairman and serving on committees of Directors but will not include remuneration of Directors for performing an executive office of the Company.
