Ineligible Funds The term “Ineligible Funds” shall mean as of any date, with respect to any Initial Cash Investments, Optional Cash Investments and Dividends received or held by the Administrator from or on behalf of any Participant, any portion of such funds which the Administrator is required to pay to such Participant pursuant to Section 5.5-1 or 5.6-1 as of such date.
