Powers to promote security at meetings

63     The Directors, and also the Secretary, may take any action before the commencement of any general meeting, or any meeting of a class of members in the Company, which they or he may think fit to ensure the security of the meeting, the safety of people attending the meeting, and the future orderly conduct of the meeting. Any decision made in good faith under this Article 63 shall be final, and rights to attend and participate in the meeting concerned shall be subject to such decision.
