In the event that a Participant advises the Administrator of his desire to sell or transfer all or a portion of the ADS Shares allocable to his Plan Account upon the termination of his Plan Account (whether by the Participant or by the Company), he may do so pursuant to the relevant provisions of Section 4.1, 4.2 or 4.3.
Section 4.6 Sale Upon Plan Account Termination In the event that a Participant advises the Administrator of his desire to sell or transfer all or a portion of the ADS Shares allocable to his Plan Account upon the termination of his Plan Account (whether by the Participant or by the Company), he may do so pursuant to the relevant provisions of Section 4.1, 4.2 or 4.3.
