Share certificates

20     Every share certificate shall be executed by the Company in such manner as the Directors may decide, which may include the use of the Seal or the Securities Seal (or, in the case of shares on a branch register, an official seal for use in the relevant territory). No certificate shall be issued representing shares of more than one class. No certificate shall normally be issued in respect of shares held by a Financial Institution.
