Shareholder Communications with the Board of Directors and Board Attendance at Annual Shareholder Meetings Our shareholders may, at any time, communicate in writing with any member or group of members of the Board of Directors by sending such written communication to the attention of the Secretary of the Company by regular mail to our principal executive offices, email to investorrelations@bsquare.com or facsimile at 425-519-5998. Copies of written communications received by the Secretary of the Company will be provided to

the relevant director(s) unless such communications are considered, in the reasonable judgment of the Secretary of the Company, to be improper for submission to the intended recipient(s). Examples of shareholder communications that would be considered improper for submission include, without limitation, customer complaints, solicitations, communications that do not relate directly or indirectly to the Company or our business, or communications that relate to improper or irrelevant topics. The Chairperson of the Board of Directors is expected to make all reasonable effort to attend the Companys annual shareholder meeting in person. If the Chairperson is unable to attend an annual shareholder meeting for any reason, at least one other member of the Board of Directors is expected to attend in person. Other members of the Board of Directors are expected to attend the Companys annual shareholder meeting in person if reasonably possible. Messrs.
