Bancorp Rhode Island, Inc. (NASDAQ: BARI) announced today that it will
release its third quarter earnings for 2009 on Thursday, October 29,
2009. The Company will host a conference call at 10 a.m. Eastern Time
(ET) that morning to discuss these performance results.

teleconference with Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer Linda H.
