Based on the Mercer analysis, total cash compensation of the named executive officers of the Company approximates the 75th percentile of the peer group. Total direct compensation (base salary, performance-based
annual bonus at target and long-term equity) is between the 25th and 50th percentiles for the named executive officers. With the assistance of Mercer, the Committee is continuing to evaluate the compensation levels and compensation mix of the Companys executive officers.
