2007 Compensation Program. The Committee and our Board are considering modifications to the ICP for 2007 and anticipate making a final decision in May of 2007. Like the 2006 ICP, the 2007 ICP will retain a substantial discretion in the Committee and the Board of Directors to modify the outcomes under the plan. Our Boards intention is that the 2007 ICP contain factors that are closely aligned with the Companys growth strategies and performance goals.
