In the above table, in accordance with the definitions of the Securities and Exchange Commission, audit fees are fees paid by the Company to KPMG LLP for the audit of the Companys consolidated financial statements included in its annual report on Form 10-K and review of the unaudited financial statements included in its quarterly reports on Form 10-Q or for services that are normally provided by the accountant in connection with statutory and regulatory filings or engagements.
Audit-related Fees are fees billed by KPMG LLP for assurance and related services that are reasonably related to the performance of the audit or review of the Companys financial statements.
Tax Fees are fees for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.
All Other Fees are fees billed by KPMG LLP to the Company for any services not included in the first three categories.
