Reclassifications

        Certain reclassifications have been made to prior year's consolidated financial statements to conform to the current-year presentation. In connection with the preparation of the accompanying consolidated balance sheets, the Company concluded that it was appropriate to classify reimbursable legal expenses resulting from our royalty agreements within prepaid and other current assets. Previously, such amounts were classified as accounts receivable. This revision in classification does not affect total current assets.

In connection with preparation of the accompanying consolidated statements of cash flows, the Company concluded that it was appropriate to classify the foreign currency loss on intercompany transactions within operating activities. This revision in classification does not affect the net change in cash and cash equivalents.
