If we are unable to retain key personnel of our recent acquisitions, our business may suffer. The success of our recent acquisitions will depend in part on our ability to retain their engineering, sales, marketing, development and other personnel. It is possible that these employees might decide to terminate their employment. If key employees terminate their employment, the sales, marketing or development activities of the acquired companies might be adversely affected, our managements attention might be diverted from successfully integrating the acquired operations to hiring suitable replacements and, as a result, our business might suffer. |
