Net sales in the Wholesale segment in the six months ended July 31, 2007 decreased $24.3 million, or approximately 15%, to $134.7 million from $159.0 million in the comparable prior year period. The decrease in sales is primarily due to a planned sales reduction in the mass candle business, the sale of the BHI NA business, as well as the decline in the overall home décor business, reflecting a softer housing market.
