Darkers Prospects and Global Downturn Bolt's share price has falen precipitously over the last month, but this decline is in line with a global market downturn. Bolt's price was also weakened as oil prices continue to fall. Lower oil prices will lower investments in oil exploration in the short and medium term, even as tracts of land off the US coast are opened to drilling.
