The granting of awards under the 2004 Amended Plan is discretionary, and we cannot now determine the number or type of awards to be granted in the future to any particular person or group. The following is information as of June 30, 2007 with respect to awards granted under the 2004 Plan to our named executive officers, executive officers as a group, as of June 30, 2007, all non-employee directors as a group, and all non-executive employees and consultants (including all officers who were not executive officers at June 30, 2007) as a group.
