Brammer plc is engaged in the provision of business to business services. The Company is a supplier of power transmission components and related inventory management, procurement and logistics services in Europe. Its products include bearings, fluid power products, gearboxes, belts, pulleys, chains, sprockets, motors and seals. Apart from these, its linear motion range includes ballscrews, linear actuators, profile rails and carriages, linear bearings and shaftings, and its tools and maintenance range of hand and electrical tools, maintenance equipment, adhesive and lubricants, and health and safety equipment. On May 23, 2007, Brammer plc completed the acquisition of 51% interest in FIN SA. On July 6, 2007, it completed the purchase of 51% of Boada Industrial SA. In April 2008, the Company announced the acquisition of 100% of the business of CBS Rotary Power Motion. In May 2008, the Company announced the acquisition of 100% of the business of Tecnoforniture Srl.
