Broadridge confirmed that Barclays Bank PLC and Lehman Brothers are both clients of its Securities Processing Division.
Broadridge announced earnings of 69 cents a share on $792.4 milion in sales. Analysts had been expecting earnings of 70 cents on revenues of $787.8 million.
JPMorgan Securities downgraded Broadridge as there are chances that the company may lose a client and face difficulties in growing its revenue. Earlier, the company announced (on August 22, 2007) that their fourth quarter profit fell by two percent due to one time charges.
