Departure of Certain Officers

Brocade announced today that effective June 18, 2012, Ian Whiting, Brocade’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, will be leaving Brocade to pursue other personal and professional interests. Until a permanent replacement is appointed, Michael Klayko, Brocade’s Chief Executive Officer, will assume responsibility for worldwide sales.
