Snipes has served as a director of our company since February 2006. Mr. Snipes has served as the owner and President of Snipes Insurance Agency, Inc., an independent insurance agency concentrating in property and liability insurance, since 1991. From 1981 to 1991, Mr. Snipes was the owner and President of William R. Snipes, CPA, Inc., a public accounting firm concentrating in financial accounting and tax services. He received a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
