. Affiliates. Caremark shall deliver to CVS a letter identifying all known Persons who may be deemed affiliates of Caremark under Rule 145 of the 1933 Act, and thereafter Caremark shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to obtain a written agreement from each Person who may be so deemed as soon as practicable and, in any event, at least 30 days prior to the Effective Time, in a customary form to be agreed by the parties for purposes of Rule 145 of the 1933 Act.
