competitive. We believe that we compete principally on the basis of: (i) store
location and convenience, (ii) customer service and satisfaction, (iii) product
selection and variety and (iv) price. In each of the markets we serve, we
compete with independent and other retail drugstore chains, supermarkets, convenience
stores, pharmacy benefit managers and other mail order prescription providers,
discount merchandisers, membership clubs and Internet pharmacies.
