. Dividends. After the date of this Agreement, each of CVS and Caremark shall coordinate with the other the declaration of any dividends in respect of CVS Stock and Caremark Stock with the mutual intention and goal that holders of CVS Stock and Caremark Stock shall not receive two dividends or fail to receive one dividend, for any quarter with respect to those shares, on the one hand, and the CVS Stock issuable in respect of those shares pursuant to the Merger, on the other.
