The following table shows, for each named executive officer, potential future payouts for the 2005 through 2007 performance period under the Company’s Long-Term Performance Share Plan. Actual payouts are based on the Company’s achievement of an earnings per share target, and may range from no award to the maximum amount shown in the table.
