. Payment of Principal, Premium and Interest. The Company shall duly and punctually pay the principal of (and premium, if any) and interest on each series of Debt Securities in accordance with the terms of this Indenture and the Debt Securities of such series. Unless otherwise specified in any series of Debt Securities, interest on the Debt Securities of each series will be computed on the basis of a 360-day year comprised of twelve 30-day months.
