most recent redetermination of interest on such series or on such Debt Security, and calculated in accordance with the constant interest method or such other accepted financial practice as is specified in the terms of such Debt Security.
Section 1.02 . Other Definitions. Each of the following terms is defined in the section set forth opposite such term:

Section 1.03 . Incorporation by Reference of Trust Indenture Act. Whenever this Indenture refers to a provision of the Trust Indenture Act, the provision is incorporated by reference in and made a part of this Indenture. All other terms used in this Indenture that are defined by the Trust Indenture Act, defined by reference in the Trust Indenture Act to another statute or defined by a rule of the Commission and not otherwise defined herein have the meanings assigned to them therein. If any provision of this Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with another provision hereof that is required to be included in this Indenture by any of the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act, such required provision shall control. Section 1.04 . Rules of Construction.
