PUBLIC ACCOUNTING FIRM The Audit Committee has appointed Deloitte & Touche LLP (Deloitte) as our independent registered public accounting firm to audit our consolidated financial statements for 2009 and requests that our unitholders confirm that appointment. Deloitte audited our consolidated financial statements and our internal control over financial reporting for 2008. A representative of Deloitte will be present at the annual meeting and will be given an opportunity to make a statement and to respond to appropriate questions.
