GE will buy CERN for well over $65/shr

the inevitable digitalization of medical records has been a long discussed issue for the past decade. we're about to hit a major transition period in the next 2 - 3 yrs. CERN is the absolute leader in this space. in order to maintain a consistency across all participants, it only makes sense for hospitals and private practices to adopt one application from one provider. GE has made it no secret that they're bullish on this space. i think CERN will eventually be taken out for a huge premium.
