On February 23, 2012, Charles & Colvard, Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2011. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
