Charter Communications sold its cable TV assets in the small Minnesota towns of Elmore and Blue Earth. Local company, Blue Earth Valley Communications bought these assets.
From the start, Charter Communications didn't have too bad of a start when they first got into the market, but from July until now, investors have lost out on about four bucks a share in this five-month slump. Will this slump continue or will it improve in 2008? We will just have to wait and see.
