In 2005, we established a defined contribution pension plan (401(k) Plan). The 401(k) Plan allows eligible employees to contribute up to 100% of their compensation up to the IRS maximum. We match each employees salary deferrals (contributions) up to six percent of compensation and may make additional contributions at our discretion. Effective January 1, 2007, employees are immediately vested in the contributions made by us. Our contributions to the 401(k) Plan were $2.3 million, $1.8 million and $0.9 million for the years ended December 31, 2008, 2007, and 2006, respectively. We have made no discretionary contributions to the 401(k) Plan to date.
